The Witcher | Netflix anuncia adaptação em anime

A Netflix anunciou esta semana que está desenvolvendo uma adaptação para anime de The Witcher. O projeto se chama The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf e será produzido pelo Studio Mir (A Lenda de Korra).

The rumors are true, a new Witcher story is in the works! The anime film, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, will take us back to a new threat facing the Continent. Brought to you by the Witcher team @LHissrich and @BeauDeMayo, and Studio Mir the studio behind Legend of Korra.

“Os rumores são verdadeiros, uma nova história de The Witcher está em andamento! O filme de anime, The Witcher: Nightmare of the Wolf, nos levará a uma nova ameaça no Continente. Trazido a vocês pela equipe de The Witcher Lauren S. Hissrich e Beau DeMayo, e o Studio Mir, o estúdio por trás de A Lenda de Korra.”

Hissrich e DeMayo são os roteiristas da série. Ainda não foi revelado se o elenco do live-action fará as vozes dos personagens.

A animação ainda não tem previsão de lançamento. A primeira temporada de The Witcher está disponível na Netflix.
