A AJA (Association of Japanese Animations) divulgou recentemente os vencedores do Tokyo Anime Award Festival 2020. A premiação, que escolhe os melhores animes do ano, teve como destaque Demon Slayer (Kimetsu no Yaiba) e Weathering With You. Confira a lista abaixo:

• Anime do Ano (Filme) – Weathering With You
• Anime do Ano (Série) – Demon Slayer
• Melhor Roteiro/História Original – Koyoharu Gotouge (Demon Slayer)
• Melhor Direção – Makoto Shinkai (Weathering with You)
• Melhor Animador – Akira Matsushima (Demon Slayer, episódios 1, 4, 7, 15, 24, 26, abertura e encerramento)
• Melhor Direção de Arte – Mikiko Watanabe (Violet Evergarden: Eternity and the Auto Memories Doll)
• Melhor Trilha Sonora – Yuki Kajiura (Demon Slayer, Sword Art Online – Alicization, Fate/stay night: Heaven’s Feel II. lost butterfly)
• Anime Fan – Uta no Prince-sama: Maji Love Kingdom
